Back To School Tips!
- Whether you have a child starting Pre-K or going into high school. Here are some tips to help prepare their body & brain!
- Get good rest
- Eat healthy foods (not processed or fast food)
- Never skip breakfast
- Get adjusted to help stay healthy and take stress off your nervous system
- Take a good multivitamin & probiotic!
- Drink more water, limit sugary drinks & juices
- Talk to your child & tell them what to expect on the 1st day to help with any anxiety.
